London - Rubber prices were generally lower overnight. Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract closed level at yen 314 ($3.91) on Thursday 03 May, ahead of the long weekend holiday. Shorter-dated prices remained just below yen 300 at the close on Thursday evening.
In Singapore, the TSR20 contract on SGX was trading down 5 at $3.65 for November deliveries in late trading on Thursday, while June deliveries were also down at about $3.66 in trading during the evening session.
In India, NMCE said May deliveries closed level at Rs 193 ($3.63).
In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for May closed down by a fraction of a yuan at Yuan 28.2 ($4.47) per kilo on Thursday.
