Pirelli nominates candidates for internal audit committee

Milan - Pirelli & C. has issued the names of the nominees for membership of its Internal Audit Committee. The Committee will be selected at a shareholder meeting on 10 May.

Members of the committee will be paid around euro 50,000 annually. The chairman's compensation will be euro 75,000.
