Paris -- Jean-Dominique Senard, Managing Partner of the Michelin Group, has signed the global road safety commitment to support the United Nations decade of action for road safety (2011 - 2020)
By signing the declaration, the Michelin Group has reaffirmed its commitment to pursuing and further expanding its initiatives to improve road safety.
“Meeting the challenge of road safety not only through tyre innovations but also through community involvement is tangible proof of one of our fundamental values, which is respect for people,†said Senard.
