Clermont-Ferrand, France -- On March 7, 1911, Eugène Renaux and Albert Senouque won the “Michelin Grand Prize†by flying their biplane from the Buc aerodrome near Paris to the summit of the Puy de Dôme mountain, near Clermont Ferrand.
From February 23 to March 20, 2011, L'Aventure Michelin will celebrate the exploit with a traveling exhibition retracing the extraordinary flight.
