ERJ staff report (R&PN)
Atlanta, Georgia -- Vystar Corp. has licensed a company in India to make and sell its Vytex natural rubber latex in six nations.
KA Prevulcanised Latex Pvt. Ltd. now has the exclusive rights to produce and market the material-which contains significantly reduced levels of the antigenic proteins found in NR latex-in India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal. The deal is for three years and is tied to specific minimum sales volumes and quality standards to retain the license and territory exclusivity, Vystar said.
KA Prevulcanised Latex is part of the Ooppoottil Group, India's largest latex concentrate processor and the country's largest latex glove producer.
