Titan notes tender offer to expire Sept. 28
ERJ staff report (TB)
Quincy, Illinois -- Titan International Inc. announced that $138.8 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 8 percent senior unsecured notes had been tendered on Sept. 14.
The tender offer will expire at midnight EST on Sept. 28 unless extended or terminated earlier. Titan said it has received consents from holders of approximately 99.2 percent of the outstanding senior notes.
The tender offer is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions, including the receipt by Titan of proceeds from new financings, generating net proceeds sufficient to repurchase the senior notes tendered, including the payment of all consent payments, accrued interest and costs and expenses incurred, the Quincy-based tyre and wheel maker said.
