Dunlop secures BMIbaby aircraft tyre contract

Birmingham, UK -- Dunlop Aircraft Tyres has secured a three-year contract worth over £1 million (Euro 1100 million) with airline BMIbaby, a 9 March statement from Dunlop said.
Dunlop will supply bmibaby with new and retreaded tyres for nose wheel and main wheel tyres for the airline's fleet of Boeing 737-300s and 737-500s, the statement added.
“We operate in a competitive marketplace and can only secure this level of business with major airlines by continually delivering excellent, reliable products and strong after-sales support,†said Ian Edmondson, chairman of Dunlop Aircraft Tyres.
