Michelin wins patent on electric drive train

Washington DC -- A Michelin employee has his name on a US patent for an Electrical power train for a fuel cell vehicle, comprising an electrical dissipation element.
US Patent no 7,404,461 describes the invention and is credited to Pierre Varenne of Conception Et Developpement Michelin, S.A. in Switzerland
The invention relates to motor vehicles with a fuel cell. More particularly, the invention relates to the management of the electrical energy in certain transient phases.
