Plastics Capital launches on UK alternative board

London -- An UK-based investment company has raised £16.2 million (Euro22.7 million) on the UK alternative Investment Market (AIM) through an initial public offering. The company said it will use the funds to make more acquisitions in the plastics and rubber sector.
Plastics Capital said it currently owns Bell Plastics, which makes technical plastic extrusions for the rubber hose and wire & cable industries. On its website, Bell claims to be, "experts and innovators in vulcanisation mandrels and films for the rubber hose industry." .
Plastics capital also owns BNL (UK) Ltd and Trimplex Ltd , both plastics companies in the UK.
