Fenner acquires the assets of B-LOC

London -- Fenner PLC has purchased nearly all of the operating assets and liabilities of B-LOC, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Fenner, Inc.

Fenner has acquired gross assets of around $2.6 million (€1.8 million) from New York-based B-LOC, a privately owned corporation involved in engineering and selling specialist power transmission and motion control components.

“B-LOC is well known in the North American market,” said Mark Abrahams, CEO of Fenner PLC, in a 12 Nov statement from the company. B-LOC's products “extend and complement Fenner's range of high value-added, proprietary drive solutions,” he added.
