NR prices at four-week high in Tokyo
Tokyo - Prices of natural rubber reached a four-week high in Tokyo at the end of the week. Although the six-month benchmark price closed the week at around ¥250/kg ($2.17/kg), a four-week high, prices are still well within the band seen in recent weeks.
In Singapore the prices are around $2.15, still well below the highs of around $2.50 seen in June of this year, though the last three weeks have seen steady increases.
