Rollier proposes Michelin add 2 managing partners

Clermont-Ferrand, France — Michel Rollier, Michelin managing general partner, will ask shareholders at the company’s 2007 annual meeting to confirm the appointment of two additional managing partners.

Rollier–the sole managing partner since Edouard Michelin died last May–is proposing Didier Miraton, head of research and industrial performance, and Jean-Dominique Senard, head of finance, for the positions. Both already are part of group´s executive board.
