UK motorists waste £1000 million on fuel, tyres, due to underinflation

Melksham, UK–Cooper-Avon Tyres claims that UK motorists waste over £1000 million each year because of under-inflated tyres. The US-owned company says extra fuel consumption costs UK motorists £790 million, while early replacement of tyres costs a further £230 million each year.
