Warsaw--Dwory SA, the Polish manufacturer of SBR, has set the share price prior to its flotation on the Warsaw stock market. The company said shares will be offered in a range from Zloty33 to Zloty37. (€7.87 to €8.82). This values the company at between €100 million and €112 million.
Individual investors can apply for shares up to 13 December, while institutional investors have up to 15 Dec. The shares are expected to begn trading on 20 Dec.
