Bangkok futures market to open in April
The Agricultural Futures Exchange of Thailand is expected to start trading in RSS-3 and rice contracts during April, following initial trials starting this week. The Thai government has reportedly exempted traders from capital gains tax to encourage participation in the Bangkok-based exchange.
