India's rubber imports up by 215 percent by value
The value of imports of all types of rubber to India increased by 215 percent in the eight months to November 2003. Rubber imports for the period jumped to Rs 149.88 crore (€26.1 million), compared with Rs 47.65 crore a year earlier. The value of natural rubber imports increased still more, in percentage terms.
