Vietnam joins tripartite rubber cooperation

Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra has reportedly said Vietnam will join the tripartite rubber agreement, designed to 'stabilise' rubber prices. The current members are founders, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
