Spielberg films "War of the Worlds" in rubber plant
Naugatuck--Crompton Corp.'s former rubber and chemical plant off Elm Street, in Naugatuck has become a temporary film studio for a couple of days today (Friday), as Steven Spielberg films scenes from his next blockbuster, "War of the Worlds".
Large crowd turned out to see Tom Cruise and other Hollywood actors.
