Berstorff integrates KMB Seide into film & sheet division
Hannover, Germany -- Berstorff GmbH of Hannover, Germany, has formally merged its subsidiary, KMB Seide Technology in Buchholz, into Berstorff GmbH. The former Berstorff subsidiary company thereby ceases to exist and all its rights and obligations are assumed in full by Berstorff GmbH. The previous activities of KMB Seide Technology are now to be carried out by Berstorff's Film and Sheet division, under the leadership of Dr. Bernd Poltersdorf.
KMB Seide Technology was founded as a wholly-owned Berstorff subsidiary in March, 2003 following the takeover by Berstorff of the business activities of Adolf Seide Engineering. The range of products includes special smoothing roll units and complete extrusion systems for film and sheet production.
