International rubber bodies release forecast study
Houston, Texas -- The International Rubber Study Group (IRSG) and the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers (IISRP) have release their first combined forecast of natural and synthetic rubber consumption.
The report, Demand for Natural Rubber (NR) and various forms of Synthetic Rubber (SR), provides forecasts of rubber use in consuming regions during a five-year period, the groups said.
The study gives predictions on economic developments in nine key regions in the period between 2006 and 2010, as well as detailed vehicle and tyre production trends.
The report also forecasts tyre, non-tyre, NR and SR consumption and gives various other short and long-term forecasts.
Detailed information on specific rubbers is also included.
The study is available only to members of ISRG and IISRP.
