Report analyses Russian chemical industry
Dublin - The Russian chemical and petrochemical sector grew by 2.6 percent in 2005, according to a report recently released by corporate information broker Research and Markets.
The Russian Chemical and Petrochemical Sector Report, published by Internet Securities Inc, provides corporate news, profiles and statistical data in the industry between September, 2005 and May, 2006.
The report covers Russia's rubber, tyre and synthetic resins sectors, as well as fertilisers, cosmetics, synthetic dyes and pharmaceuticals, and profiles local and multinational producers operating in the country.
The report found that chemical makers in Russia are able to profit from cheap raw materials and relative proximity to customers or to transportation media.
