Hankook rebuts press reports related to Hungarian plant
Dunaujvaros, Hungary -Â A Hankook Tyre spokesman has emphatically rejected press reports from the Korea Times that Hungary has withdrawn support for the company's tyre factory in Hungary. "The Hungarian government has not cancelled the subsidy payment to Hankook Tire Hungary." he said.
"This report is completely wrong," said the spokesman, reacting to second-hand allegations printed in the Korea Times that the Hungarian government has withdrawn its plan to give subsidies to the factory in Dunaujvaros.
