R.T. Vanderbilt releases new edition of handbook

Norwalk, Connecticut -- R.T. Vanderbilt Co. Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of industrial chemicals, polymers and minerals for the rubber and plastics industries, has released its 14th edition of The Vanderbilt Rubber Handbook.
The book will be introduced at the ACS Rubber Division's 178th Rubber Expo in Milwaukee. It will be available in both book and CD formats.
This is the first color edition of The Vanderbilt Rubber Handbook, which was initially published in 1920, the company said. It now has distinct color photos and colored charts and graphs.
This new edition contains 46 chapters by expert authors well-known in the rubber industry, R.T. Vanderbilt said.
In addition to updated and revised chapters, this edition has new chapters on polymers, which were not discussed in previous editions, according to R.T. Vanderbilt.
