Conti nominates Siegfried Wolf to replace Koerfer on Supervisory Board

Hannover, Germany -- Prof. Siegfried Wolf is nominated to become a member of the Supervisory Board of Continental AG. The Supervisory Board of the international automotive supplier unanimously expressed its support for this nomination.
The Executive Board of Continental will apply for the appointment at the local court in Hanover early next week. Wolf will succeed Rolf Koerfer, who resigned as a member on November 29, 2010 with immediate effect.
Wolf (53) is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Russian Machines OJSC after being Co-Chief Executive Officer of automotive supplier Magna International.
