Tokyo NR prices recover strongly

Tokyo -- Prices on Tokyo's rubber exchanges jumped upwards once more overnight.
On Tokyo's TOCOM Exchange, prices for the six-month contract increased on heavy trading, closing at yen 384 ($4.76) per kg. March contracts recovered even more strongly, finishing at yen 395 ($4.89) per kilo on Wednesday 16 March.
In Singapore, Sicom said short-dated RSS3 prices continued to fall, closing at $4.30. Short-dated TSR 20 remained steady, closing around $4.00
India's NMCE prices also recovered strongly, with March deliveries finishing down up around Rs 16 at around Rs 207 ($4.58) per kilo
Shanghai Futures Exchange remained stable, with the highest price recorded at yuan 34.4 ($5.23) per kilo for short-dated contracts. Longer-dated contracts increased slightly, finishing at Yuan 34.5.
