Tokyo - The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., has announced changes in its representative directorship of the board. The changes are subject to decision by the meeting of the board of directors, scheduled for 29 June, 2011.
Tadanobu Nagumo, former president, becomes chairman and CEO as well as a representative director.
Hikomitsu Noji replaces him as president and becomes a representative director. He keeps his role as President of Tire Group
