Rubber Board organises training in rubber and latex products

Kottayam, India -- India's Rubber Board is organising two new training sessions on the manufacture of downstream rubber products. Both courses will be conducted in the English language.
Two courses have been announced: The manufacture of latex based products from 14 to 18 November and dry rubber based products from 21 to 30 November. Both take place at the Rubber Training Institute, Kottayam.
The course in latex based product making covers latex collection, preservation, concentration and compounding; product designing; production of rubber band, gloves, foam rubber, adhesives and balloons and quality control aspects.
The course in dry rubber based product making covers natural and synthetic rubber; compounding; moulded, extruded and calendered goods; process control and vulcanisates testing; production, planning and control.
