Dunlop India to be liquidated

Kolkata, India - Calcutta's High Court has passed an order appointing a liquidator to manage the liquidation of troubled tyre maker, Dunlop India Ltd.
A series of reports in India's press were confirmed by a brief stock exchange announcement from Dunlop India Ltd which said the company's solicitors have been informed that the Calcutta High Court passed on March 26, 2012 an order appointing the Official Liquidator as Provisional Liquidator over the Company.
