Lanxess exhibits at Moscow tyre, rubber show
ERJ staff report (DS)
Moscow - Lanxess is again actively participating this year in the Tires and Rubber Fair in Moscow. The organisers of the international exhibition for the tyre and rubber industry are expecting more than 7,000 visitors. Around 200 exhibitors from 25 countries will present their latest products there.
For Lanxess, the focus in 2012 is on “Green Mobilityâ€. With this as its motto, the world's leading manufacturer of synthetic rubber is showcasing modern synthetic rubber and rubber additives that facilitate in particular the low-pollutant and cost-effective production of energy-saving, durable and safe tyres.
“Lanxess rubber are not only to be found in tyres, they can also save resources in other parts of a car,†said Georges Barbey, Managing Director of OOO LANXESS in Russia. Examples include weather-resistant seals made of the EPDM rubbers Buna EP and Keltan. And EPM/EPDM rubber is gaining importance as a material for hoses that transport aggressive media, including alternative fuels.
“Tires and Rubber is the ideal platform for entering into dialog with our customers in Russia and the CIS states and for presenting our innovative products.â€
