Tokai breaks ground at Indian AVS plant

Delhi, India - Tokai Rubber Industries has broken ground on its new automotive anti-vibration systems factory in the Neemrana Industrial Park outside Delhi.
The company held a ceremony on 25 April 2012. The plant is one of two being built in India.
The plant in Neemrana Industrial Park is scheduled to come on stream in November 2013 and to reach full capacity in 2015 when it will employ around 140. The total investment is Rs 800 million (euro 11.5 million).
A second plant is being built 40km southwest of Bangalore City centre, with an investment of Rs 850 million.
