Henniges appoints Douglas DelGrosso as CEO

Auburn Hill, Michigan -- Henniges Automotive Holdings Inc. has appointed appointed Douglas DelGrosso, an experienced automotive industry executive, as CEO, effective 1 Aug.
The provider of highly engineered sealing and anti-vibration systems for the global automotive market said DelGrosso has nearly 30 years experience operating in the automotive industry, most recently serving with TRW Corp. as Vice President & General Manager of Global Braking & Suspensions. From 2007 to 2010 he oversaw TRW's North American Braking & Suspension Operations.
Prior to TRW, DelGrosso was President and COO of Lear Corp., where he served since 1984 in a number of executive positions. He is a graduate of Lawrence Technological University and received an MBA from Michigan State University.
