Volvo extends rCB rubber deal
The Swedish car maker has installed over 40 million components incorporating (rCB) for the last two years, said a 3 Apr statement from the rCB supplier.
The parts, which include body plugs and other ‘eco-rubber product profiles’ have been produced by AnVa Polytech since early 2016, Gothenburg-based Enviro.
Volvo has now extended the deal, according to Jan Bäckström, head of marketing & sales of AnVa Polytech – commenting in a Enviro press statement about the 40-million-parts "milestone."
“We recently signed a contract for additional new applications for upcoming Volvo models. The agreement with Volvo Cars stretches several years into the future,” said Bäckström.
