Toyoda Gosei establishes automotive parts subsidiary

Kiyosu, Japan – Toyoda Gosei has established a subsidiary in Kyushu to which it will transfer its automotive parts business in that region.
The business management of those plants will be transferred to the new subsidiary, named Toyoda Gosei Kyushu Co., Ltd., the company announced 23 March.
The Japanese rubber & plastics parts maker has three manufacturing plants in Kyushu – Fukuoka, Saga and Kitakyushu.
The transfer, it said will speed up management decision-making and business execution in Kyushu and increase responsiveness to customer needs.
The subsidiary, which will be operated as an independent company, will started work in November and will be based in Fukuoka.
