Altdorf, Switzerland – Datwyler Holding Inc. has appointed Paul Haelg as the chairman of board of directors, replacing Ulrich Graf who has stepped down from his position due to age-related reasons.
The previously-announced appointment was confirmed during the company’s annual general meeting on 7 March.
Additionally, long-standing board members Hans Rüegg and Ernst Lienhard did not stand for re-election “due to their age”, said Datwyler.
Haelg served as Datwyler’s CEO from 2004 to late 2016.
The board of directors also appointed Hanspeter Fässler as vice-chairman, succeeding Hans Rüegg.
