Altdorf, Switzerland – Datwyler Group’s annual general meeting on 7 March will see Ulrich Graf step down as chairman and both Hans Rüegg and Ernst Lienhard resign as directors for age-related reasons, the Swiss rubber group announced 7 Feb.
Paul Hälg, who resigned as CEO at the end of 2016, is to be recommended for election as the new chairman.
As was announced in spring 2016, Dirk Lambrecht took over management of the Datwyler Group as CEO on 1 Jan.
