Tokyo – Figures from the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Japan continue to show that the country’s polyurethane production in October 2015 lagged the volume produced in October 2014 by 7 percent.
Overall the difference in production between the first 10 months of 2014 and 2015 in Japan was 23kT or 13 percent lower than the 2014 period.
In the first 10 months of 2014 a total of 166.5kT flexible and rigid PU had been produced compared with 143.6kT in the first 10 months of 2015.
