Vienna – Sempermed, one of the world’s leading glove manufacturers, is celebrating their 190thanniversary of the founding company at the A+A in Dusseldorf with clients and business partners.
At the largest Trade Fair for Health and Safety work (27-30 Oct) Sempermed will present the latest generation of the Semperguard disposable gloves for optimal protection at work.
“In Europe there are very few companies that have their roots traced back to the early 19th century. Sempermed is, as part of the International Semperit Group, one of these rare examples. 190 years is impressive proof of our sustainable growth and we are pleased to be celebrating this achievement together with our clients and business partners.”
Clemens Eichler, Head of Sempermed would like to see in the future that, with innovative products and excellent quality, Sempermed will continue to make a significant contribution to hygiene and protection in the world. Two recent examples of this are the relaunches of Semperguard Comfort and Semperguard Xtension, which will be presented at the A+A.
Semperguard Xtension – the extra-long examination glove under the motto “Extra work safety in critical areas”
Sempermed launched the Semperguard Xtension as a 300mm glove. The product itself is especially suited for critical situations that require an extra barrier of protection for the wrist and forearm. Especially when dealing with high-risk patients and skin harming substances, like in the laboratory and pharmaceutical field, Semperguard Xtension is the perfect product of choice.
Semperguard Comfort – the comfortable all-rounder
The new Semperguard Comfort consists of a great resistance to oils and fats as well as good tear-resistance. Therefore it is especially suited for work with longer wear-time. It’s new formulation and colour make it particularly suitable for laboratory and pharmaceutical sectors, and in all areas that require an optimal balance between comfort and chemical resistance.
Both the Semperguard Xtension and the Semperguard Comfort are made from skin-friendly, soft nitrile. They are also free from phthalates/ softeners, and allergenic latex proteins.
