Lehigh appoints new technical director
Atlanta, Georgia – Lehigh Technologies, a speciality materials company that produces micronised rubber powders (MRP), has appointed Glen Denstaedt as its technical director for tire and industrial rubber.
In a statement on 29 Jan, the company said that Denstaedt brings over 20 years of experience in rubber compounding and materials development to support Lehigh's expansion of micronised rubber powder into the national and international tire and rubber markets.
"Glenn not only has strong technical expertise working with rubber compounds, but also proven business management experience working with some of the giants of our industry," says Lehigh Technologies CEO Alan Barton.
Prior to joining Lehigh Technologies, Denstaedt held senior roles in a range of speciality chemicals and performance materials companies such as Maxxis International, Cabot Corp. and Firestone Tire and Rubber Co.
