Nishikawa Rubber reaches price-fixing settlement

Detroit, Michigan – In the latest of a series of settlements, Nishikawa Rubber Co. will pay $11.9 million to settle price fixing and bid rigging claims brought by a class of auto dealer plaintiffs.
