Silicone antifoams help satisfy sweet tooth – Dow

Midland, Michigan – Dow Corning used a Valentine’s Day confectionery hook to promote its silicone antifoaming agents for food and beverage production.

Dow cites research projecting the global market for confectionery as reaching US $208.5 billion by 2017, up from $141 billion in 2007.
