Gurgaon, India – A tire safety campaign by Apollo Tyres found that as many as 79% of cars checked free of charge in UAE and Saudi Arabia had incorrect inflation pressures.
Apollo partnered with Lulu Hypermarket for the survey from 10-12 January in Dubai and 23-24 January in Dammam.
53% of drivers were unaware of the recommended inflation pressure for their tires and only 20% were aware of the presence of a tread wear
