Sinopec rubber output fell in Q3

Beijing — China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (“Sinopec”) said its output of synthetic rubber in the first nine months of 2012 was 703,000 tonnes, compared with 746,000 tonnes in the equivalent prior-year period, representing a decline of 5.5 percent in volume.
