White House nominates Strickland to head NHTSA

Washington DC – David L. Strickland, senior Democratic counsel to the Senate Subcommittee on Consumer Protection, Product Safety and Insurance of the Committee on Commerce, Science and Education, is the Obama administration’s new nominee to serve as administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
