ISP Elastomers taking new orders on some SBR grades after hurricanes

Port Neches, Texas — ISP Elastomers began taking normal orders Nov. 3 on nine grades of SBR, according to a letter to customers from Melvin Martin, ISP Elastomers senior vice president and general manager.
